LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, новинки второй половины 2022 года
At all! The XLII suit has a much more prominent gold coloring, especially on the legs. We actually got a Minifigure that is primarily red with a few gold highlights. The mask opens to reveal a head piece with printing on both sides. And of course, you get the rocket booster effects on the feet. Released 3 years after the first version, this one adds extra printing to the entire Minifigure. The legs have some additional printing at the knees to give it a bit more of an interesting look, and the chest has a large section spreading from the Arc reactor to the shoulders. It has a cleaner look, and as such the Minifigure pares back the printing to keep things relatively sparse. The detailing we get is solid and accurate to the movie version we see in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
This is another LEGO Minifigure where we get the usual transparent blue bricks as the rocket boosters. It has all the usual details and print applications covering it and even has some really nicely defined red and gold paneling down either side of the stomach. The only issue we can see is that while the Iron Man in the movie has a fully exposed Arc reactor, the Minifigure has half a reactor.

It has a great-looking triangular Arc reactor printed in the center of the torso piece, and we like that LEGO gave it space to breathe, leaving the detailing towards the bottom of the torso and onto the legs. This Iron Man Minifigure comes complete with the wing accessories that he battles with. A harness goes around his neck and hangs on the back of the torso, and you simply assemble and clip the four arms to the harness. It looks neat and even has a blaster effect to add to the action shots. One issue is that the wings have stickers that need to be applied to them instead of the details being printed on. Some people might not mind this, while others will take issue with the stickers. Because the wings need to be assembled, put together, and clipped to the backpack section, this Minifigure has a pretty high piece count, with 38 individual pieces needed to construct him.
So special is this Minifigure that we got it in not one but two separate sets! It would have made this Minifigure extra special if they could have printed some tiny infinity stones onto the right hand. Unfortunately, hand printing is rarely ever seen. It really makes the torso piece pop! Similarly, the metallic silver highlights add some depth and definition and make what could be a messy paint job look busy yet clear.

Believe I got it on discount as well, which adds to the value. I guess printing on iron hearts wings or a longer accurate braid in place of the afro would be more accurate.
